If you have ordered an ilaylababy bed in our webshop - www.ilaylababy.de - and find out that you don't need it after all, you have 30 days to return the product to us. We will then refund you the product price. The worst thing that can happen to you: You test our bed, are not satisfied and we refund your money. What will probably happen: You will love our products with your child!
Conditions for our money back guarantee
1) Regardless of a statutory right of withdrawal (https://ilaylababy.de/widerrufsbelehrung/), we grant you the right to return the goods to us within 30 days.
2) The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods in time.
3) The return of the goods must be made to the following address:

4) The return of the goods is at your risk.
5) We will cover the cost of returning the goods and provide you with a return label.
6) The goods must be undamaged.
7) Please note that if you are returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened in order to receive a refund for all products.
8) The money back guarantee may be applied only once per customer (household)/per product.
9) Under the aforementioned conditions, we will pay you back the amount immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
10) The money-back guarantee does not limit your legal right of withdrawal or your rights in case of defects.
